This part of the error output is completely crazy. The text you see is
actually the content of the 'specs' file (read by gcc.exe). This
*might* be a virus, maybe the same one reported by an 'anonymous' in
another thread in this newsgroup (Subject: Seems to be installed OK
but I get weird behaviour). Could you please try to diagnose a
possible infection? If you need help with that, feel free to ask me,
personally.
