I think that Descent was built with Turbo C, so you'll need to make the adjustments needed when converting from a 16-bit to a 32-bit compiler (like the farpointer code). > PS(unrelated): What package/site can I get MASM from? MASM - MicroSoft ASM - is worth £60 (about $80) where I come from. A free assembler, such as NASM, is usually just as good. Do a web search for it.
