The linker cannot find the library whose name should be libc_app.a.  Find 
out where that file is on your disk, and make sure that directory is 
mentioned in the value of the LIBRARY_PATH variable.  (Sorry, I don't 
know enough about RSXNTDJ setup to give more specific instructions.)
