The makefile describes most of the changes that are required. djgpp
does not have the language support, and it appears that djgpp and
mingw32 both need the same DBFIX setting (in contrast to cygnus gcc).
Cepl AT fpm DOT cz has suggested that lout (compiled for DOS and perhaps
Win32) needs a home. He's offered to test the versions that I've
prepared with djgpp and mingw32. They pass the "user doc" test. If
other tests are successful, I'll add these to the GNUish collection on
http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/.
I have not looked at adding support for compressed PDF (requires zlib).
If I'm duplicating work of others, I'd welcome a note.
