AFAIK , CSWDPMI.EXE should suffice for DOS only platforms. For Win 95 , 98
and other protected mode OS , they would have their own DPMI server
available..so you would not need to include CSWDPMI..but of course , there
were reports of problems with using other DPMI servers (check the FAQ for
more info)
