I read that one needs the two files, itools.exe and ibldenv.exe to be
installed with rsxntdj,is that a complete install of the two files,or just
the files from the include directory into rsxntdj/include/mssdk, also may
one use RHIDE to compile programs in the rsxntdj enviorment.Also is the
patch that is supplied by Doug Gale i think thats who supplied it,needed if
the files from itools and ibldenv.exe are recent, the latest
