Have you 1) Made the changes to your autoexec.bat(added ?:\djgpp\bin to your path, and DJGPP=?:\djgpp\djgpp.env)? 2) Unziped everything you downloaded for DJGPP with the "-d" argument (for pkunzip and unzip)?
