I guess that you have used DJGPP ver. 2.8.1.
When you use DJGPP ver. 2.8.1, you must edit "specs" file in %rsxntdj%/lib/
directory.

TO :
*link:
%{Zwin32: -LD:/rsxntdj/lib/all -LD:/rsxntdj/lib/mt -LD:/rsxntdj/lib/st}
When you end up modifyng this, that error message will disappear.
