You can't do that with CWSDPMI; the DJGPP FAQ explains this in section
6.8.

AFAIK, there's no free DPMI server that does that. Either run that
program inside Windows, or shell out some dollars and buy a commercial
DPMI server (e.g. QDPMI which comes with QEMM386).
