Buried in Cyril's question there is a question I asked about
a couple times and haven't seen a good answer yet.
The ld.exe used by RSXNTDJ doesn't seem to complain about
unresolved references; It just builds a bad image. It is
very hard to figure out what libraries you are missing if
you don't even know whether/which symbols are unresolved.
I assume I did something wrong in installing RSXNTDJ, or
there would be a lot more complaints about this problem.
I am NOT the only one with this problem, because I have
seen a few other references to it (just no answers).
