I suggest to download the PCTIME14.ZIP package from SimTel
(ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/msdos/c/pctime14.zip) and use it
as a base for your code. That package (btw, it's mentioned in the
FAQ) already solves the problem of chaining to the original handler
when the timer is reprogrammed to run faster.
