	This is probably a dumb question but I want to print the text
from the RHIDE editor and the errors generated by the C++ compiler (in
the message window).  I can print from a DOS window to get the source
on to the printer but printing the errors is baffling me.  Could
someone please advise me of the easiest/best  way to do this.
