Did you:
1. Set ALL environmental variables like PATH (must contain your DJGPP/bin
dir) or DJGPP (DJGPP=c:\djgpp\djgpp.env)?
2. Get into djgpp.env and check the line +LNF=y (enables long file names
like <streambuf.h>, used by iostream.h)?
3. Installed djdev201.zip? If I'm not wrong, it contains the *.h files.
