I know that for programs compiled with DJGPP to work in plain DOS, it
must be distributed together with CWSDPMI.
So my question is: is it sufficient just to put CWSDPMI.EXE in the same
directory/folder where the program reside or do we have to go further
than that maybe by executing or calling the CWSDPMI.EXE in our program
itself?
Also, how do we know when we need to execute/call CWSDPMI.EXE? (in other
word, how do our programs know when they're in plain DOS or in a DOS-box
inside Win95/Win98?)
