How do I pass SEGMENT:OFFSET addresses. I need to read the hard drive and I
need to pass the address of a buffer with the BIOS call. How do I do this.

E.g., I have this variable:

    BYTE Buffer[1024];

How do I get two variables, e.g. ES and BX, to pass with the BIOS call.
