``LCC-Win32: a free compiler system for Windows 95 - NT by Jacob Navia''
home page is at:
http://www.cs.virginia.edu/~lcc-win32/
This is a great package and an excellent way to learn C and win32
programming (and maybe even Eiffel - see below..)
We at Eiffel Liberty are using lcc-win32 as the back-end C compiler for
our free/no-risk ``elj-win32'' distribution of GNU Eiffel, see:
http://www.elj.com/elj-win32/
We are also about to release the next version of elj-win32 which comes
with an IDE and an Eiffel win32 GUI library called GRAPE.
Hope this helps ..
