I started using DJGPP today and I haved the same problem.
This is the setdjgpp.bat file, it is setting "DJGPP" evertoinment, but
when I was trying to set it manualy gcc dosen't find any include files.
This is a little strange, but I added at the end of the autoexec.bat
line which executes setdjgpp.bat and I forget about it :-)
