Is this on DOS or on Windows 9X?  If the former, ignore the error (you
cannot have files with `+' on DOS) and use gpp.exe or gxx.exe instead.

If you install DJGPP on Windows 9X, get another unzip program which
supports long file names on Windows (unzip386 doesn't) and re-install
everything from scratch.

No, this is a different problem.  Please read carefully the README
file which comes with gcc281b.zip, it explains many popular problems.
