Does that mean I can't expect my program to work in other machines unless I
attach a copy of the DLL file as well? eh, nasty situation....

I know that, the thing is: Tcl/Tk is usually installed in current UNIX
system, a de facto standard thing to do. But it's not that common for people
in WinTel world to have a copy of Tcl/Tk floating around in their hard
drive. The program I wrote will finally be available for free Internet
Download, I couldn't just say:"Hey, here is the link, grab Tcl/Tk and
install it first in order to run my program!". People don't have that much
patience, I figure.
