IMHO, in its current form, this wastes bandwidth and is generally a bad
idea. There may be a use for summaries, but they should be distributed
by a mechanism separate from that of the original discussions.
Otherwise, we have redundancy.
If these folks want to distribute their summaries, they should do so by
mailing list, or by their own, separate, newsgroup, or by FTP.
I propose that, if these posts continue, that they be filtered from the
djgpp mailing list.
