Hello.

	In the absence of any proper documentation for WSOCK.VXD, I have
written some based on the libsocket source code. I hope this helps any
people interested in WSOCK.VXD or writing their own networking library
for DJGPP using WSOCK.VXD. Any comments, corrections, etc. are welcome.
