Hey everybody, I've finally finished a release version of
my animation library. Although, it is still in early
BETA, so I need you guys to rip it apart and let me know
of any bugs you find.
==========================================================
PROMAT Animation Library, Release 1.0
Features Include :
* Full compatibility with Allegro (uses Allegro directly)
* Support for FLC playback on any BITMAP color depth
(8/15/16/24/32 bpp) and any resolution.
* Play back multiple FLI/FLC's at once!
* Independent control of each animation (including
on-screen location, size, etc)
* Jump to a frame by number!
* Multiple playback settings! (Standard, Masked Playback,
Interlaced Playback)
* Multiple blitting options! (Standard, Stretched,
Transparent)
* Option to drop frames to maintain animation playback rate
* Correct playback of all Smacker-generated FLC files!
* Direct individual loading of FLC animations from allegro
datafiles using internal packfile routines
Best of all, it's a lot cheaper than Smacker.
