Are you working under DOS or Win95? I've seen some Compaq DOS mouse
drivers that [when used in graphics modes], only move 4 pixels at a time.
Even if you re-initialize the mouse driver. I've never seen this happen
under Win95 (if you init the mouse after changing the screen mode).
