Yup. Try the Programmer's Vault at
http://www.chesworth.com/pv/vault/vault.htm which has a couple of
Windows/DirectX programming files.

I'm not sure, but I thought that GLIDE was DOS-based, and not Windows based.
My reasons for thinking this is that several 3DFX games open up a DOSBOX
saying somthing like "setting up GLIDE environment..." before the game
itself opens.
Yes, GTA uses GLIDE. Anything using native 3DFX support (that is not
Direct3D or similar APIs) must use GLIDE (I think). Although I've heard that
Argonaut's BRender API is used in several games (I-War, Carmageddon,
Croc...) I think that BRender in turn uses GLIDE to use the card.
