If I'm not very mistaken, then 'indent' is ported to DJGPP, and thus can be
found in the 'djgpp/v2gnu' directory of your favourite Simtel mirror.
Just had a quick look, and bingo, there it is:
ncftp>dir v2gnu/in*
-rw-rw-r-- 1 305 66 74952 Apr 16 1997 v2gnu/ind191b.zip
-rw-rw-r-- 1 305 66 169444 May 3 1997 v2gnu/ind191d.zip
-rw-rw-r-- 1 305 66 181508 Apr 16 1997 v2gnu/ind191s.zip
(BTW: that other program is called 'vgrind', not 'vgring'. There's
also a variant of it, 'tgrind', that prints to TeX).
