I can't get RSXNTDJ to work, and I can't find lcc-w32 anywhere! 

RSXNTDJ gives me this problem:

d:/djgpp/bin/ld.exe: cannot open -lc_app: No such file or directory
(ENOENT)
whenever I try to compile anything with the RSXNTDJ header or try to
run make on any of the example files.
