Why not?

When a lot of programs is usually used together then I think it is perfectly
valid to put them together in a single package. I don't know about the
majority here, but I'm usually working on UNIX systems and therefore I use
most of the commands quite a lot. And I think that also the scripts and
makefiles make heavy usage at least of certain programs grouped together.
