when the compiler compiles with -lstdcx option,it searches for the file libstdcx.a which is is \lang\cxx directory..But in DOS it is stoerd as libstd~1.a..so go there and rename it as libatdcx.a. Good Luck. > My problem is the following: > ============================ > > -lstdcx cannot open file (ENOENT) i've tried all the remedies and it > doesn't seem to want to compile...would i be better off getting the > older version? 2.7? > (i'm sorry for sending so many messages, but i really want this thing to > work!) > -greg > > ______________________________________________________ > Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
