Rebuilding the library is not for the faint-hearted, that's why this 
questions are non FREQUENT, and aren't in the FAQ.

djlsr201.zip is not LFN-clean, so it might have problems unless you set
LFN=n in the environment.  This hint *is* in the FAQ (section 8.2), albeit
not in the context of rebuilding the library.
