It's `fdisk'.  `fdisk /mbr' will put DOS's loader back in the master
boot record.  Note that this won't help you if your partition table is
broken, but that doesn't seem to be your problem.

If it's not the MBR, but the partition boot sector, `sys' is
appropriate.
