Hello,
I would like to build a cross compiler (gcc 2.8.1) for the M32R/D to run on msdos. 
I am following the instructions in "ftp://ftp.cygnus.com/pub/embedded/crossgcc/FAQ".
It says to use djgpp (section 3.7).
When I run configure.bat (came with binutils-2.9.tar), there are missing files and the batch 
process finally hangs.  
Then I have to kill the DOS window in Win95.  
I see nowhere that configure.bat can try to make a cross-compiler for a m32r/d.

Does anyone know how to build gcc 2.8.1 for the DOS operating system as a m32r/d 
cross-compiler??
