The only way to make it better is to sit down and submit a change for the
missing docs. Different functions were documented by different people,
each one with their own preferences and amount of free time.

It's everybody, and it's nobody. More accurately, it's YOU and ME who
are in charge. I have just written 20 pages of new docs and submitted
them to DJ Delorie. What have YOU done?
