I have done a port of cdecl 2.5 to DJGPP. cdecl is a program for
translating hairy C and C++ declarations and casts into readable English.
I hope it will give us a good answer to the frequent posts here along the
lines of "How do I declare a pointer to a function?" I would appreciate
if some people could test it before I have it uploaded to Simtelnet.

and grab the packages. They are structured as standard DJGPP packages,
and are (hopefully) LFN-clean. I would particularly like someone with a
real LFN system to try building it. You will need Make, Bison, Flex, and
Fileutils.
I'm using the `readline' package from gdb416. It's slightly annoying (to
me, anyway) in that long lines scroll instead of wrapping, but it's better
than being limited to 127 characters.
One other thing. Where on Simtelnet should this go? It isn't GNU (it
originated on comp.sources.unix), but neither is it really an app. Yet
I'd hesitate to make it miscellaneous. Hmm.
Thanks in advance
