The RSXNTDJ package is in rsxdj131.zip in Simtel and other places
where you might download djgpp files.
I only recently started using it myself, so I have more questions
than answers. With a reasonable set of fairly consistent changes
it will process the .h files that you can download from Microsoft
as the platform SDK (It has a patch.dif file for those changes,
but it seems to be obsolete). It also includes a set of .h
files that duplicate much of the API if you don't want to mess
with the Microsoft copy. I would guess (certainly haven't
tried) that something like MFC could be used with the Microsoft
SDK, but not with just the .h files included in RSXNTDJ.
