I don't think that section should ever be named '[Info]' (it isn't in
the release version of djgpp.env). Things might very well be
case-sensitive here, so that had better be '[info]'. It's the actual
program name 'info.exe' that counts, here, not the way you write it on
your command line to invoke it.
