You have not configured your DJGPP installation properly. Make sure
you've set the PATH and DJGPP variables as instructed in 'readme.1st'.
If you remain stuck, post a system report as outlined in chapter 6.12 of
the DJGPP Frequently Asked Questions list.
I have written a utility called DJVERIFY designed to diagnose common
installation problems, recommend solutions, and prepare a system report
if necessary. Please consider trying it out:
