Either upload it to the incoming directory on ftp.delorie.com and then
send a notification email to dj AT delorie DOT com, or just email it to me as
an attachement and I can pass it on to him.

Packages in the Allegro directory on SimTel should have the directory
structure set up so they will unzip cleanly from the root of the djgpp
tree (into a subdirectory of either contrib/ or allegro/), and they
should contain a manifest file which installs into manifest/, has the
same filename as the main package zip but with a .mft extension, and
lists all the files in the package. This can be generated from your
final zip by running "unzip -Z -1 filename.zip > filename.mft".

btw. it is usually a good idea to send announcement messages to 
djgpp-announce AT delorie DOT com, rather than directly to this newsgroup. That
list is linked to this group so the message will still end up here, but
it will also be seen by people who subscribe to the announcements list
but don't regularly read this group.
