In addition to Eli: At least the mixing of gcc 2.8.0 and libg++ 2.7.1
is wrong since they do not work together.

And another hint: If you modify the mini-faq, so please change the
date. I usually look at first at this date, and if it is 07/28/97
I do not read it til the end.
