Well it's the MIL Lite library that ships with the Matrox Meteor frame
grabber: it provides all the functions to actually use the card (!) but
they are compiled for Watcom. The alternative seems to be to go right down
to the hardware, but I haven't been able to get the spec for the PCI chip
(SAA7116), the SAA7196 I got from Philips website, so I can configure the
digitizer but I don't see how to do the DMA.
