As far as I know, no, you can't. The languages are much too different.

Most people I have talked to say it's much better to get a book. Avoid
anything with the words "Dummy", "Idiot", "Borland", "Microsoft", or "Visual
C++" in them. I like Kerninghan and Ritchie's "The C Programming Language",
but it might be a bit too advanced, I don't know. Maybe someone will follow up?


Is it necessary to have such an enormous sig block?
