Getting the RHIDE sources is OK. Additionally you need many other
programs from the "GNU fileutils", "GNU textutils"and "GNU shellutils"
and of course the file tv.zip from Borland's FTP-site which I mentioned
in the RHIDE README's.

If you have placed the tv.zip in the tv2_src/ subdirectory, you should
set the environment variable RHIDESRC and then type in the root RHIDE
source directory

make tvision/tv.h

and then go to the tvision/ subdirectory and type there

make
