Allegro allows you to create bitmaps of any size, so you could draw the area around the screen and copy the part you want to currently show all at once. It also supports modeX which has hardware scrolling support. You should look into it. If you want a very detailed explination on how to scroll the screen, email me. -Matt guestm AT usa DOT net
