For people who really really want to have dlls in DJGPP they should get
the RSXNT files for Windows programming (in the /v2gnu dir). It has dll
creation tools and a patched ld.exe file to link them. The debate for
having dll's isn't really important cause I think DJGPP should move to ELF
sometime soon.
