Still can't do that even. biosdisk (and any related names) are limited
to 18 sectors (9k). For floppies, that will be (almost) the maximum
speed up possible, and for hard disks, it's as good as you're going to
get. Doing this made one of my programs about 4 times faster.

Doesn't really matter, reading as much as possible at a time is still
your best bet.
