I'm not entirely sure what your problem is here. If, as I think, it's that
you have trouble reading and posting news, you may be able to use the
mailing-list incarnation of comp.os.msdos.djgpp. Send mail to
<listserv AT delorie DOT com> containing the line "subscribe djgpp" in the body.
All messages appearing in the newsgroup will be mailed to you. To post, you
can continue to send it to <djgpp AT delorie DOT com>.
