There is nothing like djgpp for the Mac. There
is, however, a gcc-port to the Mac, AFAIK. The
latest port I found through lycos is on
http://www.idiom.com/free-compilers/TOOL/C-2.html
and I think it is gcc-1.37.1r14. Real old, sorry.
