Subject:	Gnu compiler not working!

I have downloaded and installed all the files acc to instructions but, 
when I try to compile, it gives the error message- iostream.h: no such 
file or directory.
I had downloaded the zip file bnu281b.zip but the list of files needed 
which were mentioned in the readme file includes the bnu27b.zip file. 
But there is no such file to download.

I would appreciate some help.
