I have just read the following on CNET:

     Someone seems to be thinking
     different(ly) at Apple--the
     company is actually releasing its
     Mac OS 8.1 upgrade on-time.
     As the year continues, look for
     another Mac OS revision called
     Allegro, and even the MIA
     Rhapsody. (Mac OS 8.1 story)


Now must we afraid that Apple will trademark the name 'Allegro' (or has it
done already?) so that Shawn cannot use that name again?
