2.8.0 PGCC is out.

1. How stable is it?
2. How stable is it using -O6 and brethren?
3. Is there somewhere I can download it, along with the appropriate
   Binutils 2.8.1?
4. Can it be installed alongside regular DJGPP, as a precaution, and the
   two used independently or else switched somehow painlessly?
