DJGPP's behavior is completely compatible with ANSI C. ANSI only states
that "the value of the pointer is converted to a sequence of printable
characters, in an implementation-defined manner" (ANSI 7.9.6.1).
Whether the hexadecimal digits are printed in uppercase or it's preceded
with a 0x prefix are completely irrelevant.
